We booked a small tour group of 4 people with Vietnam Paradise Travel and we were apprehensive at first for not booking with a well known tour group but as soon as we arrived in Vietnam, our fears vanished. This company is an incredibly organised and professional travel agency and we would book with them again in a heartbeat. Nothing was too much to ask and since the tour was tailored to our needs, both the company, guides and drivers were happy to accommodate us if we wanted to change the planned itinerary. One of our local flights was cancelled due to bad weather, and the tour company were on the case and rearranged things in a very short period of time, even though it was after work hours. This would not have happened if we had booked in Australia, and we would have spent the night at the airport. Also all the tour guides are locals to the area visited, so they are very informative and know the best places to eat or shop.
